522 DVR Question

When I upgraded to HD Programming 6 months or so ago, I got the 722 receiver. Dish was supposed to send me a box to return the 522. I called them numerous times to ask for the box, but they never sent me one. I'm not being charged for this receiver, so my question is, is there anyway I can replace my 322 receiver with the 522 and not be charged?

Note: I'm not trying to be shady by asking/wanting to do this. I'm asking 'cause I don't really know if this is possible.

Hmm, ok. Do you mean an additional DVR fee on top of the one I already pay?

Do you think I could just swap the receivers without having to call DISH?

You cannot just swap without calling. If you want to add the 522, it MUST be added to the account, you can remove the other receiver with the same call.

yOU CAN SWAP WITHOUT CALLING IF ALL YOU WANT IS nasa A FEW RELIGIOUS BROADCASTERS AND PROMO CHANNELS (sorry hit cap lock). If you want your subscription channels DISH has to turn the receiver back on. Yes their is a fee for each DVR on the account except for 501 &508 DVRs.
