Ever since the P309 software update was loaded with the VOD option my wife has been complaining about how slow it is. Not only does she have am additional step to get to the recordings after hitting the DVR button, it just takes forever for the Recordings to load. It really is ridiculous. Anyone else experience this issue or have any suggestions. We won't use VOD, so is there some way to turn it off or to maybe to go back to the previous software.

You can't turn it off, and you can't go back.
Loading at the exact same speed for me. The fully your HDD is, the longer it'll take. That could be due to VOD but mine is exactly the same and i've got a ton of stuff on it.

Just hit the dvr button twice and you get your recordings. I have no problem with loading the recordings.
