Looks like you are in the footprint, and it is above the horizon from Dallas (if you have line-of-sight).....but it appears those channels are encrypted if I am reading it right on Lyngsat.

Are we talking about C or Ku band on that satellite? Unsure if Claro is still using the C-band side of that satellite. However, they are using the KU band side of 50W for their DTH service. There is only one spanish religious channel that is unencrypted (EWTN Espanol I believe). Everything else is scrambled.
