I bought my 811 last year and at that time, I pre-paid for 1 year of the HDPak. On this month's bill, i see they have added another whole year.
I emailed customer support who said that there would be a $5.00 "sidegrade" fee? So, going from 1 year pre-paid to month to month is considered a sidegrade fee?? I need to call a CSR later but if that is the case, that is b.s
