Dish needs to come up with a Channel Pack that adds all of the remaining channels from AT250, so that AT250 subscribers can downgrade to a lower package to get the new channels without losing any channels that they already have.

Judging from what I see of them, I am going to guess they are paying DISH and that is what they wanted to pay for? I suppose could be all DISH wanted to pay for too. I think they are available online through places like Filmon.
