It's a dispute between Dish and MavTV and it's current owners Lucas Oil. I guess Lucas is trying to get the channel in a better package and Dish wasn't having no of it. I guess this channel's gone for good.

Channel dispute, I don't know why the name change to AUTOS unless DISH is planning on a channel replacement with that name.

I agree - this seems like a channel that won't be back. Would love to see Dish use this HD bandwidth and launch Disney XD in HD.

They likely wanted to be in a lower tier and Dish has data that says no one new would watch the channel.
