No that means I have someone sending me TSreader info.
I wish had a TSreader setup again.

Hopefully, there will be a software update to fix that pop-up before the Olympics starts.Well, the MLB All-Star Game looks pretty good, but every once in awhile I have to channel down / channel up to clear the #*+{|=&( Error 890 HDCP pop-up.
That's hilarious!!Hopefully, there will be a software update to fix that pop-up before the Olympics starts.
The channel up/down workaround didn't work for me last night.....I shouldn't have to reset HDMI cables to fix an error Dish has created.Well, the MLB All-Star Game looks pretty good, but every once in awhile I have to channel down / channel up to clear the #*+{|=&( Error 890 HDCP pop-up.
We are overdue for some kind of software update, since it has been almost two months since the last one. Whether the new version actually fixes anything is purely wishful thinking of course. Still, I would assume that Dish is working on something, and preparation for the Olympics coverage would seem to be the most logical priority at this point. That's hilarious!!
Considering the Olympics starts in 9 days, that's clearly a very optimistic timeline. Especially when there's been no comment from Dish Support, who has read this thread....We are overdue for some kind of software update, since it has been almost two months since the last one. I didn't get an 'unavailable' message, just the HDCP error that I could not bypass. Worked fine in HDR through the FS app on my FireStick though....I am guessing the game was only on the Western Arc, as I tuned to 540 last night and was told the channel was unavailable.

I'm on Eastern here in Florida and I watched it.I am guessing the game was only on the Western Arc, as I tuned to 540 last night and was told the channel was unavailable.
You're not the first one to call me an optimist.Considering the Olympics starts in 9 days, that's clearly a very optimistic timeline.
When has Dish Support ever commented on things like this in recent memory?Especially when there's been no comment from Dish Support, who has read this thread....
What about Golf The Open (15july - 18july) . Will Dish have that in 4K as well ? Or just Olympics

If these are going to be turned on, today would be the day to do it, or by the 18th at the very latest. Otherwise, it would seem that the Golf Channel 4K coverage is for Dish's internal testing only, with the channels only becoming available to customers for the Olympics, if even that is actually going to happen.540-05 is OL4K2 with the guide data showing as GOLF Channel 4K coverage.
Not known yet. There are now 5 4K channels, 540-1 through 5. 4 and 5 are shown as Olympics but the other 3 could easily have events. 2, 4, and 5 are HDR channels.Sorry if answered already, trying to keep up with all the different providers.. will dish have all 4 Olympic 4K channels? if so what are the numbers?
or will dish only have 540 ?? thanks everyone
