4DTV in Europe?

Does Europe and other over seas countries use the 4DTV technique? If so, are there any receivers over there that may work with what the USA use?

I noticed looking at some of the Lyngsat information on eastern satellites that there is some DCII encryption listed. Such as Telstar 18 at 138E has some HBO feeds that are digicipher but most likely nothing like 4DTV. Probably only commercial type equipment and not direct to home.

Most listed worldwide are in DVB format.

Ok, Corrado. Thanks. I was hoping maybe the Europeans would have FTA receivers that may do DCII.
