$49 handling charge

I just viewed my current bill on line and I have been given a $200 credit for the return of my 942 after getting my 622 but there is a $49 handling charge on my bill. Is everyone getting charged this for returning there receivers?

i wasnt told of this when i asked about the upgrade did you call them yet?

Just called E about the 49 dollar handling fee and it was for the 211 upgrade that i did along with my 622 but was billed in two seperate months. I would think they would have put it as the payment for the 211 instead of saying it is a handling fee.
