480p component on any DVR models?

Just wonder if ,there are any Direct TV DVR models ,other than maybe HD models that have a 480P progressive scan component output? Though it did not keep me from buying it,I was quite disappointed the DVR40 did not have one. Even cheap $35 DVD players have it now.

None of the Directv DTivos have Component outputs.

It would be a nice feature though.

what would it matter you will only be able to record 480i.

You're better off having your HDTV upconvert the 480i signal than $35 DVD player or a $99 Tivo.

Not a Tivo but I was at Fry's Electronics yesterday and they had Replay TV there (I did not even know they were still around) and the back of those boxes are what I bet most of us wish the Tivos looked like. Component, Ethernet, USB, etc...

Does anyone here use Replay TV?

one or two of use, and they rock... I have a 921, but the Replay runs circles around it....feature wise.
