404 not found

I still cannot access the site from any platform on any network.

Ok, I still think it's related to the theme/style. As soon as I clicked logout, I got the 404 error for the first time.

Using dark theme with no problems. Chrome, Edge or IE, Windows 7 and Windows 10. Coincidentally on Friday I revived a Windows 7 laptop that was not signed into Satguys and had no 404 error getting to the site not being signed in or any problem signing in.

Here you go, I just re-ran this report, and is it down right now says it's still an issue:
I tried it and got the same result. I wonder if it gets thrown by the HTTP to HTTPS redirection?

I found a site that tries from various locations and it's most interesting, to say the least. The URL is Where's it Up: API
and here's the screenshot of the results:

I have not had any problems here at all with three different devices. I'm using:

Firefox 54.0 on Ubuntu Linux 14.04
Firefox 54.0 on Ubuntu Linux 16.04
LG webOS TV UH5530 with software version 04.31.10

Going to site directly from bookmarks, staying signed in on all devices, Verizon DSL.

I haven't signed out of Satellite Guys for probably months on any device - guess that's a good thing... ;)
I hadn't either, which is one of the reasons why I never got the 404 error. As a test, I logged out, and immediately got the 404.

I will be working on this in the afternoon. (Have a bunch of after vacation stuff to do first, like go get the dogs, gets some food for the fridge etc.)

For those of you still having the problem please reply back with the following information:

1) SatelliteGuys Style Used
2) Link to a non working URL
3) Link to a working URL
4) Browser Used
5) Logged in or logged out

This will help me. I have been monitoring the error logs all night and not seeing any major 404 errors.

Works: Logged in, SatelliteGuys Classic theme, Chrome, Windows7/10

404 error: I log out, and get redirected to www,satelliteguys,us/xen/ (I used commas to avoid the URL from being converted into a link)

For me this is the only page that does not work SatelliteGuys.US

IF i search for another page I can get in but i cannot go to that page. Style etc do not seem to matter.

Well I think I fixed it, is it down now reports we are back online.

The issue appeaed to be a corrupt cache on our firewall. As resetting the cache there go it to work.

Code:
In addition I did modification so that if you come in via http://www.satelliteguys.us
or satelliteguys.us or http://satelliteguys.us it will always take you to https://www.satelliteguys.us

Also all your old bookmarks should work if you had them at http:// as well.

Let me know your results as its impossible for me to test since it never happened to me. :D

The only repeatable 404 error I could reproduce is now fixed.

1) SG 2016 no sticky
2&3) not sure what you want
4)Pale Moon,Chrome doesn't work either
5)When I get here I log in,when I'm done I log out
Here's what I do to get here now,
Click on SatelliteGuys.US bookmark and get instant 404
Click on RabbitEars.Info bookmark and go there, click on link to a thread here at SatGuys, opens a new window, and get to SatGuys,Log In,click on Forums and I'm here, must check stay logged in or Forums button won't work.As soon as I log out 404 error appears.
The occasional 404 errors started after the switch to https, but they would clear after a try or two. It's just been the last few days that the 404 is seemingly permanent.
Since this started I have cleared cache and cookies, rebooted verizon DSL modem/router,deleted bookmark and rebookmarked after successfully logging in again, nothing made any difference.
