Got lots of movies recorded for the last three or four days. I only wish I could afford to keep Hbo for original series tv shows. But can't justify $16.00 a month for that.

Dish is offering hbo for half price for 6 months. Just chat with a csr & get it added to ur account. U will pay $8 for that period then

They were the same movies that were When I have the Free Starz and HBO for a year that ended in January...
I just recorded another one who I didn't have.

I did not pay attention to Starz a whole lot while we had the year of free preview because I figured we would have it for a good while. When the free previews come that is when I record all that I can and I got some pretty good movies this time.

I didn't do it this time, but usually when the HBO free preview weekends are on, I fire up HBOGO on my Roku and watch as much as I can there...no waiting for airings/timers.

Yes, this is something Dish got right, allowing HBOGO. I just finished watching (On Roku) for the second time what I consider the best series ever on HBO, "Deadwood." Even better than Soprano's for me.
