I don't think they should name any channel SMILE until Smile of a Child is available. LOL Still don't understand why all of the LeSea and TBN networks aren't available at this point, but this one my nieces actually enjoy.

probably because they are considered subchannels OTA and Dish doesnt carry subchannels in most cases
Same reason why Qubo isnt carried (subchannel on Ion)
 
I believe Qubo is carried by DISH, but only on ION West some of the hours, or at least they did. And is on Friday mornings on both.
