So 3ABN moved from 9710 to 9393 @ 61.5 and 129, 9710 became a slate, however, if you were only seeing 110 and 119 you now have a slate for a channel that was only on 129 (or 61.5) and moved to another channel (9393) that was only on 129 or 61.5
Makes a lot of sense putting a slate on 110 but that's dish for ya!
