33" Digiwave dish low signal

Happy new year to everyone.

My Christmas present for myself was a new 33" digiwave dish with a GKF 668 universal lnb on e-bay and it's been dissappointing. Compared to my old 32" starchoice oval dish the signal is at least 10% lower.
The starchoice gets 60% peak and the digiwave only 45 - 50
I changed the settings on the receiver to match the lnb type, but with no good results.
I installed a 32" Fortec Star dish with universal lnb for my brother and he gets about 80% quality.

Could it be the dish? or is it a poor lnb?.

Any tips will be appreciated.

If you can mount your original LNBF from the 32"oval dish on the new 33" dish it should let you know if its the LNBF or the dish, that way ONLY the dish has changed... If the signal is still lower it has to do with the dish its self (including possibly its pointing), If the signal increases its the new LNBF causing the signal drop.
