30th Anniversary promo ending

Mine was gone today as well - had them late last night, but when I woke up this morning, they were all gone.
 
I cancelled my service last night and was shocked at how they didn't even try to keep me as a customer.
Now we get to start the fight over who owns the 722.

Hope you have your receipt! As far as retention from what I read on the forum the calls to come back usually start a day or so later..after folks already have a commitment with another provider. It seems that they then offer the "best" deals knowing you can't come back...of course if you were just cutting thecord it might work in your favor..

I have my free blockbuster and movie channels set to do not continue. This way they can't bill me for channels or s service I don't wanna continue. All the blockbusters by my house are in the process of closing so it is not worth me keeping the service after my year is up. I don't watch those premiums anyways. There are some great shows on them I will say that. It's not worth 14 bucks s month though because it adds up quickly.
 
I finally lost my Anniversary Gift (BB@home aka PlatinumHD) as well, last night. :(
