3 Sharp brand tv's on a wall. Remote question

How do I program the 3 Joey 3.0 remotes to control only the tv set functions that they are physically connected to? Do NOT want each of the 54.0 remotes to control all 3 tv's at the same time.
In the past if you had like brand tv's within a short distance of one another, the remote would have to control both at the same time.
Please tell me that there is a way to program them independently

Well, if more than one TV of the same make can see the IR signal, it is going to respond to that signal. Other than isolating the TVs (or their IR receivers) from each other, not much you can do.

Edit: I'm assuming you are talking about the TV functions, On/Off, Volume etc.

I had that situation with the three LG TVs in my motorhome. One click on the remote and they all responded.

Since I had the front TV paralleled with the Mid TV using a HDMI splitter and used the Sound System with the Mid TV, I masked the IR receiver on the Front TV and put an IR repeater behind a front cabinet door. We only wanted the On/Off function which we seldom used.

For the bedroom TV, I masked the IR receiver so that only signals from the bedroom remote would be received.
