YES!!! Tucson, AZ DOES make me UBER happy! So rad! The retailer chat said they would be coming April 1st, so I am not getting my hopes up that they will show up before then, but this is great news still!

I DO include April 1st, since Charlie said we'd have the Viacom channels "BY April 1."

Here's my bet on the "by April 1st" bit...Charlie is trying to work other deals out to drop a big load of new HD at once as they've done in the past. (There are 19 HD channels "warming up") April 1st is probably the day they MUST start contractually. So, if Charlie could work out all of his other deals before then, they would turn everything on early.

It's a good bet he won't work out everything he wants to, so my bet is April 1st for Viacom. Only question is, why did BETJ start early?

Kind of like last year, when USA and Sci-Fi were added on a Friday with zero fanfare... a few weeks later, they add about 20 channels and included USA/Sci-Fi in the press release.

If they have duplicated the Pittsburgh HD Locals at 129 and 118.7, could this mean that the Detroit HD Locals will be doing the same in the near future??? Anybody have any thoughts on this??
