The channel 641 @ 119 feed is on a spotbeam for Hawaii only and dish has refused to correct the EPG problem for over 3 years.

So the state closest to Japan and (probably) with the most ties to Japan is the same state that the channel is still unavailable to...that's intelligent. :/

We did the same thing here at RCN. We also opened up free calling to Japan to both Land and Mobile numbers.
