Hi there, I've recently switched from E* to D*. I am planning to add an additional receiver in a bedroom but I do not have the phone line in it. In my old E* setup I had one dual tuner receiver , so one receiver would serve two rooms. I just ordered my second receiver with D*, but I am worried that I will be asked to connect the receiver to the phone line when activating it ? Is it the case ? Is is mandatory to hook up all the receiver to the phone line. I would have to have to drill holes in the walls just to pass a phone cable.
