2700/3700/2800 New Firmware - Release Notes?

Does anyone have any release notes for the new Firmware for the 2700/3700/2800 version 8.30 released on 11/5/2004?

folks say all it does is change the settings on when ppv charges are dialed in...

I haven't noticed any changes. It seems to find the channels faster though, but that might just be me. lol
