222 for a 211?

Since the OTA on y 2 211's has not worked for about 4 months now and counting, is ti too much for me to call E* and request a 222 for a 211 as the OTA should work?

according to the email we got in dns office, we are not allowed to replace 211 for 222.. if 211 goes bad.

I have a 211 running a second tv in another bedroom. I'm going to try for a 222.

Same rule - TV2 can't tune OTA?

That would be the same as asking to replace two 311's with a 322. Not going to happen.
