211 Equptment Charge

WHEN I UPGRADED MY 811 for a 211 i payed them the 49 dollars upgrade fee, i just got my bill and there is a charge for 49 dollars for equptment charge, are they double chargeing me for the upgrade

Probably not. Dish has a really weird billing system that I honestly can't stand. When you upgrade, instead of treating the transaction as a separate trasaction, they credit your account the 49. Then they charge your acount 49. SOmetimes these transactions occur on different billing cycles. THat's happened to me. Check your biil carefully though to make sure you weren't charged twice and credited once.
