In the absence of new construction they remain the best venues and locations.

I really don't care where they have the SB's as long as Home Field isn't an issue.
Amazing, but no one has ever won the SB in a year they were suppose to hold the game.

And that's partly due to the host team never being in the Super Bowl. The host market has though twice with a .500 record. Super Bowl XIV was played in Pasadena where the LA Rams lost to the Steelers and Super Bowl XIX was played in Stanford where the 49ers beat the Dolphins. Part of me was hoping for a Jets/Giants Super Bowl a few years ago when they played it at the Medowlands.

OK, I'm a lifetime supporter now, more football talk plz. Thanks.

Raiders moving to Vegas appears to be inevitable at this point, thoughts?

Funding was barely discussed at the latest meeting, biggest hurdle at this point is nailing down the locations (narrowed from 9 to 3.5 and a couple of secondary locations still in the mix)

San Diego moving will be up to the voters, determined by a vote that endorses a local stadium plan. If it passes then their LA option remains exclusive for another year. If it fails as expected they will have to decide in January and then the window is open for Oakland to move in on that opportunity.

Oakland genuinely appears to favor a move to Vegas above all other options (sharing a stadium and market in LA or staying in Oakland who's done little to put up any resistance to them leaving).

Thanks for the Support! It's hard to tell right now if the NFL will allow them to move to Vegas.

Some influential owners support the move. Jones, McNair, Kraft, Spanos, Kroenke. And with them come others. That will allow several owners to be the voice of concern about the gambling and still pass imo.

Since the cacophony of public support from the above most don't think it will be an issue. Really coming town to financing, which can be finalized when a site is settled on and the matter is sent to the state legislature for approval.

It's really amazing how far along this whole thing has gotten.

Nothing but talk since the last century ..lol

Still waiting for the bottom to fall out. Don't really care about pro sports being here. just more black-outs for me.

I don't watch NHL, so no idea there :-/ NFL has bowed to pressure and suspended theirs near-indefinetly, think it's to be reconsidered in a 2021 or something.

Seriously, ready to pay for PSLs and get season tickets to the Raiders. Not even a tongue in cheek comment. If it's a few grand per ticket we're ready and willing. My only concern there is in a few years when I might want to start taking my son too, acquiring another seat, how that works, etc.

I mean, I guess at that point we'd need to watch for PSLs that go up for sale? Not sure really how it works exactly quite yet.
Getting them here down the line good luck ?

When they offer it could be a drawing etc
My guess you must be willing at least in my case risk a deposit if I ended up with nose bleeds and decline paying for them.
When the Browns came back it was a open house type deal. but it won't be like that here. the in touch will get the top tier, and we regulars get leftovers.
