Was at dinner...Rib-Eye steak (medium-rare) on the Hibachi Grill.
I would only bring in Coke to rest an over-worked bullpen (which they're not) OR to give the fans at Fenway some excitement...and Tigers fans headaches. Regardless, perhaps if Coke gives up some runs he'll release him. Either way, no Coke...Pepsi.
Miggy has a 3-hit night with an HR and some 2 or 3 RBIs.
Porcello earns his 7th win of the season...and the Tigers look like they've got unfinished business this season.
They learned alot by paying attention last year when the Sox knocked them out of the playoffs.
Retiring Leyland and parting ways with Fielder were a plus...
I disagree, getting rid of Fielder was a great move financially and getting Kinzler, I really didn't know what to expect, other than he's older.
So far he's been GREAT.
We need someone to light a fire in the clubhouse and Leyland, as much as I liked him, wasn't getting the job done as evidence in the lack of any World Series Championship the past few years. Regardless, we've gotten better offensively and defensively and, one can argue, in the bullpen...although the jury is still out on that one. I was really worried about how losing Fister would affect the starting rotation, but our starters remain the best in baseball. Kinsler has been a pleasant surprise.

Hopefully THIS Tigers team plays better than the previous one when it comes to being on National TV, you could make millions had you bet a Tiger loss when they were scheduled to be on a Major Network the last few years.
Tigers have surpassed last years stolen base total from last season already
