2014 AL Central

I would only bring in Coke to rest an over-worked bullpen (which they're not) OR to give the fans at Fenway some excitement...and Tigers fans headaches. Regardless, perhaps if Coke gives up some runs he'll release him. Either way, no Coke...Pepsi.

Well, they trusted him with a 6 run lead again, this time he only have up a hit, no runs.

I disagree, getting rid of Fielder was a great move financially and getting Kinzler, I really didn't know what to expect, other than he's older.

So far he's been GREAT.

We need someone to light a fire in the clubhouse and Leyland, as much as I liked him, wasn't getting the job done as evidence in the lack of any World Series Championship the past few years. Regardless, we've gotten better offensively and defensively and, one can argue, in the bullpen...although the jury is still out on that one. I was really worried about how losing Fister would affect the starting rotation, but our starters remain the best in baseball. Kinsler has been a pleasant surprise. :)

If we had a better bullpen, we would have had a WS in the last few years .... that has nothing to do with Leyland.

These guys make mega millions of dollars, shouldn't need anyone to "Light a Fire", thats on the players, not the manager.
Also on Dombrowski for not making moves to fix the pen.

Tigers have surpassed last years stolen base total from last season already :)

Hopefully THIS Tigers team plays better than the previous one when it comes to being on National TV, you could make millions had you bet a Tiger loss when they were scheduled to be on a Major Network the last few years.

It's like you're reading my mind again. I just caught-up to real-time and I like the Tigers "on a mission" attitude that I've seen so far this season. Regardless, we could sure use Iggy because Romine's bat is as dead as a doorknob.
