2012/2013 Network Line-ups

well it looks like My Network (aka the washed up USA reruns) published their "schedule"

The Monday-Friday affiliate broadcaster has added former Fox series House, Numbers and USA Network’s White Collar to its fall lineup. They join fellow procedurals Law & Order: SVU, which it has aired for one season, and Monk, which is starting its third season. Here’s the full schedule:

F'n CBS, they trying to kill Mentalist like they killed CSi:Miami????

Those after football times just suck.

I just realized The Mentalist is moving to the dreaded Sunday 10:00PM slot after I'm fast asleep. Plus, I'll have to pad an extre hour to each recording because of football. Anyway, the old shows are already being re-aired on TNT and this season will take them up to 120 episodes so I can see CBS pulling the plug next May. We shall see.

Bold move airing Revenge on Sunday night, although I can think of several better adjectives to describe this move...risky, foolish, silly, stupid, etc. The only thing I like about this move is that the show will air an hour earlier.

I think it might work out. Sunday is a high viewership night. It hasa good leadin and one that matches it in appeal. To be sure it is against football but so what. The audience is largely female and it is good counter programming.

After looking at NBC's new lineup, I've concluded that the network is runnning out of ideas as 4 out the 6 new shows seems to be a rip off of something else.

Revolution: Sort of rips off the Hunger Games as it's in a post-apocalyptic world with a female main character.
Go On: Clear rip off of Anger Management
The New Normal: Sort of rips off Modern Family
Guys With Kids: Rips off a bad Chris Rock movie, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/What_to_Expect_When_You're_Expecting_(film)

Death watch 2012: Fall TV survival status report

Let’s look at how most of the shows are doing in viewers and especially adults 18-49, the demographic of most concern to advertisers. (“Most,” because some newbies have yet to debut.) Though some series started before the season’s official start date of Sept. 24, we’re focusing on the in-season performances of the new comedies and dramas.
