I was hanging on to local cable, gliding on a big 2-year discount to steal me from Dish. Well, time's up and so is the price. Will I qualify for the DVR Advantage + HD with Two Tuner HD DVR and free install now that 2 years have passed?

If so, I should probably take down any equipment that I had previously. It was actually already installed in the house when I moved in, two dishes and an SW64.

What kind of dish and switches would be installed if they start fresh? I have 4 lines going out to the dish location and I need to know how many need to be repatched back the the new receiver location.

Also, If I understand the deal correctly:
Dish DVR Advantage $39
HD $20
locals and equipment $10
HBO $10

but I'll get the HBO free for 3 months and a $20/month rebate for 10 mos.
Still, after 18 months, that averages out to $66/m and I'm paying $85/m for cable.

Call DISH and find out I would bet your an existing customer but they make the determination.:D

Based on several phone calls with CSR's, a new customer is defined as one that has not had Dish service for 1 year.
