If you sign up for promotional 2 yr, are you required to use auto pay. I would like to receive my
bill every month, and send payment.

No. I never use autopay, but it'll not save you (I think) $5.00 per month

Been on autopay for several years now.

Never had a problem.

Just remember if you change credit cards, it will automatically pay your bill then, if there is an amount owed.

I can see where Autopay would not be desirable if there is a chance funds would not be available on the due date, otherwise there's no downside. You get the electronic bill long before it's due (sooner than a mailed bill), and have plenty of time to contest any charges if need be.
