2 set ups 1 receiver

I live in Rochester but will be going to Tampa bay for 2 months. In Rochester I have my own setup and have 77,72 and 61.5. When I move to Tampa, I would like Dish to install their dish and get 118 also because my dad will be staying with us and needs his international channels.

My question is when i go back to Rochester, will my receiver work on my custom install since I don't get 118 on it? Or will I have to ask Dish to take off 118 on my account first before I go back to Rochester? I have a 222k receiver.

You can have Dish do a Dish Mover to set you up in Tampa with a 1000+ dish and add the International package you want, this will also change your locals. When you move back in 2 months, you can remove the package and change your locals back (you will not see the channels from 118 in Rochester, but you don't want to be paying for them when you can't view them). You will have to do a check switch when you move between properties as well. Should work with no problems.
