They have spit another DMA's HD and SD locals between two arcs - good grief!

Maybe they'll add the Lubbock HD locals to that 61.5 spotbeam since we have NO spotbeams on the new 129 sat that hit us.

61.5 TP03 SB16 comes in here at about 56, 129 TP 13 SB36 is about 22.
