I think I read in another thread that Rochester has been changed from CONUS to a spot beam. If so, there is no way you will be able to receive them.

I live in Columbia, MO and I went to the Point Dish screen on channel 5182(local NBC station) and it says Spotbeam 19 but the Uplink report says it moved to Spotbeam 11. Something is off... not sure what though.

But the uplink report clearly says that the Columbia MO channels moved to TP 9 on E12, not E16. It's not a TID mapping issue.

It is possible that Dish reused old TIDs. If E12 is now in storage, then I think they must have done just that.

That would explain slammers' reporting of TP19 for his locals instead of TP9.
