18" dish with square tube. LNB d-shape

How can I connect Dual LNB d-shape, to a 18" dish with a square lnb tube?

Whack it around until it fits, or trade with someone for the correct dish pan.

Is it a Dish Pro LNB or a Legacy LNB? If it is Legacy just get a Directv LNB, if the system is Dish Pro you really should get a new dish. You can get some metal cutting tools and start reshaping the tube if you don't want to buy the correct dish but there are plenty of used dishes available.
