Ct locals, HD only on 61.5 SD some on 119 and some 110.

that is actually normal in some markets. If the HD loclas are on 61.5 they also carry the SD channels in MPEG4. Minneapolis is like that too (they're dual arc)
110/119 is for the old setups

But its very weird to see 61.5 HD but 129 for SD locals
 
Wow, locals on three satellites at once, on 129, 77 and 61.5. I don't understand why they have SD locals on 61.5 along with HD locals since they are both MPEG-4.

If the locals are on 61.5 or 77 if they are in HD there is no SD counterpart. Western arc there is as folks still have SD setups

so as example in Minneapolis with EA you get The Big 4, PBS and My in HD. The others (CW, Indy, 2 other PBS) in MPEG4 SD all on 61.5
WA the Big4, My and PBS are on 129 in HD with all the channels in SD on 110.
