Charlie Ergen in HD telling us why FOX News was removed. He mentions that Dish agreed on the price for Fox News but one other channel that is still under contract for some time. I hope that we don't have to wait for the other contract to run out before we get Fox News back. What is interesting to me is that FS2 was added in HD back in Sept. Didn't Dish need to re-negotiate a contract to add the HD feed? Seeing how this Fox News dispute has turned out, I would have thought that some of this would have come out earlier if Dish had get a contract to add FS2 in HD.

I know it's all business but when Mr. Ergen comes out to speak I am thinking they are not in the same ball park for discussions at this time?
