Because of the holiday no uplink this week.

you mean nobody reports changes or DN is really off, I was thinking the changes are automatic, it does not matter if it's holiday or not

Dish did not uplink anything last week. They might do something this week.

They are likely in a holiday lockdown. A lot of companies institute lockdowns over this period. The idea is to eliminate the potential of introducing an issue when teams are short staffed.

Break/fix is still allowed but not new function.
