I have a Hopper and two Joey's that I seasonably move from the US to the USVI. My setup in the Northeast is 119-110-72. Upon my return this summer, I'm not seeing CNN, HLN, CNBC, etc in HD. These should be ConUS on 72. I did have these all those last summer with the same setup. I do get other HD's that are on 72 such as the secondary HBO's and Showtimes. Of course I've done check switch, etc. Any thoughts on why this might be happening? Thanks.

In the past, if I had enough signal on 72 in general (reception verified on the info screen), all HD and SD channels would be listed in the guide. If I selected a channel on a very weak transponder, then I'd get the no signal "we're working on it" message. Are you saying that now low signal channels simply don't appear in the guide while high signal channels do?

That "were working on it" message is actually being generated by the receiver itself.

Again I would get an Eastern Arc dish and solve all the issues.

According to the List (top of this page) the only MPEG4 HD on 61.5 are locals.

You missing channels are on 72.7, not 61.5.
