You will need either a D500+ or a D1000+. A regular D500 isn't capable of receiving that particular satellite; it's a FSU, and as such, requires a slightly larger dish and different LNB.
saint louis hd locals are only available at 118.75 and this cannot be received with the plain old dish 500. you need to temporarly sign up for some programming that requires 118.75:
a lot of these languages are available at multiple satellites. to get what you want, you need to pick one that ensures they are going to bring you a dish that picks up 118.75. for example, some of the korean language stations are also available at 61.5. if you signed up for korean language pack with the hopes of getting 118.75, they might just bring you 61.5 instead and then you'd be no better off than you are now (except that you'd get some of the public interest stations that are on 61.5 only).
the filipino language pack is a good choice for you because it's only available at 118.75 and 121 and the chances of them bringing you a 121 superdish are pretty low. when you call to add the language pack, make sure you tell them you don't want the 121 superdish.
once they install the dish you want, cancel the language pack as there is no obligation to keep it. getting the install done will probably cost you around $200.
alternatively, just buy a dish 1000+ from sadoun.com for $150 and install it yourself (good luck with that).
