Yes, seeing the 11,990 signal here also. About 1 dB weaker than the previous signal which is gone. Breaking up badly.

Another signal just came up on 11,981. Way too weak to lock here, 2 to 3 dB SNR on the spectrum analyzer. Probably the same parms as the other CBC feeds.

but no Montana PBS.
Montana was fine last year with 60 cm.
