110 Satellite Signal Strength

Does the D* 110 satellite operate at lower power compared to 101 and 119? I ask this because I receive signal strengths in the mid to upper 90s on 101 and 119 and in the lower 60s on 110.

I get low to mid 90's on 110.
Mid 80s to mid 90s on 101.
Low to mid 90s for 119.

Except for any spot beams on 101 and 119.
