1080p VOD - Can we run the test free before geting charged?

I have a Sharp 1080P D92U. I am not certain on this but don't believe it does 24fps (I am checking this out on another forum). As it is failing the 1080P test for "I Am Legend", I am suspecting the 24fps may be the reason why.

Same here.....It fails on my Sharp 1080P D62U but works on my Samsung LNA550

My Bravia KDS60-A3000 Did NOT pass the test with my 622 even though I have HDMI connected and the TV is capable of accepting and displaying a 1080p/24 signal. My PS3 displays 1080p/24 films just fine through this set. Are they plan on fixing this as it seems many are having this issue?
