101W and German Ch. question

Hey guys,
Can someone let me know if the FOX Ch. which I pulled up this am on a scan of 101W, is new or has it been on for awhile?
It's FOX out of Beaumont,TX - KUIL.
Also, my satellite range with my 36" KU Band, Fortec Mercury 2, system is from 61W to 123W...ARE THERE ANY GERMAN FTA CHANNELS WITHIN THAT RANGE?
I've found a Dutch channel but my sense it that the German ones are found farther east.
Or am I missing something?

It's now "The U", no longer a FOX station as of January (or so)

system is from 61W to 123W...ARE THERE ANY GERMAN FTA CHANNELS WITHIN THAT RANGE?

58 is easily accessed in Michigan.

I can hit 58 no problems on the 6 footer in Minnesota
