All of a sudden I'm getting dropouts on channels on transponder 9 (MSNBC, E!) on 101W. My signal on that transponder is somewhat low (65) but a few other transponders also have a similar low signal and still don't have any dropout problems. It also only seems to affect my Hughes E45 receiver. It almost sounds as though the receiver is having problems, but I'm just wondering if anyone else is having similar problems.
