Reasonable price if it's not banged up badly. If you need/want one and it's close enough, why not go look it over? Take the money and some tools. Get everything you can, (including a length of the motor drive wire for splicing later) and try to remove the reflector whole. Make marks so you know which end is UP for reassembly later.
Try to dig up the pole if you can. You can break off the cement with a sledgehammer and/or a maul.
