Looks like a good way to see the World Series if you lack FOX and have an active sub to anything.
Yup they are coming... also looks like a HD is coming to 61.5 as well.
Things that make you go hmmm...
It is EPIX or ESPNU? Those would be my two guesses.(And they are only that... GUESSES!)
I am hoping for ESPNU HD and EPIX HD.
Guide says "Interactive TV"
Slate says "Check back again soon for a new interactive experience"
Having the temps mirrored is big. Assuming there testing goes well, we're really just a flip of a switch from having more national HD. One step closer isn't a bad thing.
No, it's not a bad thing, but remember, there were already 5 or 6 other TMPs properly mirrored that are still sitting there. from last spring.
I sure hope the new HD channels are not QVC HD, Home Shopping Network HD or Jewelry Television HD.
Count on it being 2 of the 3.
Then count on several threads titled " Dish wasted space on what???"
Atleast they are showing HD unlike CMT, or MTV. They are not actually that bad. If you like shopping.
Even if it were all three of those channels, there still would be
another 5 national HD channels. 8 HD channels are uplinked.
Unless of course the other 5 HD channels are HD pay per views.
I hope it is one of those channels. There is lots of us that like Shopping, and these channel actually have lots of HD on them. While there is lots of other channels that do NOT have much HD at all, like what goaliebob said.
Like I feel HD music channel are wasted space.
What are these IAD 11,12,3 & 4 that were added to 72.7 that are unavailable?
And what is UPSD that was added to 61.5 that is also unavailable?

Hmm, add the 7 new temps to the 5-6 existing ones and that gives 12-13 available temp HD channels? Guess I'm getting greedy....
