1 Year free Sports Pack instead of Showtime?

After a new install can one call up and switch from the 1 Year free showtime to 1 year of free sports pack?

After you signup I doubt there can be any change like that to your promo.

What are you wanting to get out of the Sportpack?

I've done that before, except I make the arrangement while I'm chosing my programming with them, I tell them I would like the SP instead of the Showtime, I tell them I don't watch movies, that usually works, or they will give me a discount towards the SP.

This past year, I have not needed the SP to get what I've needed, but previous years I have.

I think it depends on how they setup the promo in their billing system.

I've had ones where it is a $12 credit for X months - and the premium was subscribed like a normal one (where it will say HBO & Showtime)

I've also had ones where it is a seperate line item, at zero cost. The billing system would show HBO on one line and Showtime on a completely seperate line.

If it is setup the first way, you can probally change. If the second, probally not. If you only have one premium (the free one) I'm not sure how you could tell.
