Today, ordered a replacement 721 remote and was charged the $14.95 S&H fee. I do have CC auto pay. This CS said they would only waive the fee if I was replacing a remote under a year old.
Guess I'll pop a note to ceo@echostar.com and see if i can get the charge removed.
