I got my Starz free preview extended by 1 month just by asking for it.

KAIT said it will go live the week of the 26th so until the station changes the subchannel from weather to NBC Dish can't uplink it.
(on the positive KAIT did say it would be in HD....now if Dish carries it in HD is a different story)
