Ducks it is then. According to NHL.com the first TWO Stanley cup games on VERSUS in the US, CBC & RDS in Canada, NBC will have the rest of the games in US (Provided, I suppose, there is no horse race to switch to) First game Monday.

Too little, too late. Great season Red Wings!
Well so much for my hockey viewing for this season. Enjoy the finals, fellow posters. My love of hockey begins and ends with the winged wheels. It'll be interesting to see what changes Holland makes with the Wings. I suspect it won't be anything major.
Hey Paul and any other Wings fans,
Didn't the Wings get alot farther than ANYONE expected coming into the season and the playoffs as well.
I was happy to see them get past Calgary (1st round) anything past that was bonus for me this year.

That's something to be proud of.
I am just yanking your chain, my Penguins didn't make it out of the first round.
We have become spoiled here in Hockey Town. 15 straight winning seasons, I don't think there are many franchises in any sport that can claim that kind of success, not to mention the level of success (Stanley Cups, Presidents trophies). Wings want Hasek back, they probabily resign Bertuzzi (if the price is feasible). Hot prospect Grigorenko expected to be with the team next season, plus a couple of free agents. Wouldn't mind taking a run at Anahiem's goalie if Hasek retires. Lang probabily won't be resigned. Calder is also probabily gone. The future is still pretty bright around here.
Thanks Red Wings for a fine season!
I beleive he's a forward or a center, he was injured in a car accident that took him out of hockey for at least one season.
I love Don Cherry. Him and Mickey Redmond would be great doing a game together, although I don't know if they would actually commentate the game of just have a chat session while the game was on.
Back to the cup series, back on page 1 of this thread, I originally said Ducks over Sabres in the finals, but the play of my Red Wings had me believing again they would return to hoisting the cup. Alas, I was wrong on that one (but that's hockey). So I'm back to saying the Ducks in 6.
Btw, what did you guys think of the Alredsson slap shot "at" Niedermyer?
