Well, I gotta say, I wouldn't pick the Wild, but you gotta go with your team. Goaltending/Defense is decent on the wild, but I don't think they have the offense to match up
I wish I felt my Wings would be there, but I don't see them going past the 2nd round. Offense is there, but lately(at the wrong time) defense has some serious lapses and guys are hurting/out
In the west, I like Ducks or Preds, especially since the Preds are getting guys back in time for playoffs and the Ducks seem to have pulled their act together at the right time to make a deep run. Although if the Wings/Preds somehow play for the west, that'll be interesting as the Wings have owned the Preds the 2nd half of the season(yes, preds were injured and short players)
The east is much deeper and in the east I like Sabres, Penguins and it's hard to bet against the Devils with Brodeur and the Senators have been very winning lately but won't be able to take the division this late. Of those 4, I think the Penguins are the weakest on defense and the Devils are the weakest offense.
So in the east playing for the cup, Brodeur is the lynchpin for me, he plays well, I say Devils, but otherwise I pick sabres
In the cup series, I say Ducks over Sabres in 7. If Brodeur is up to his game, I say Devils over Ducks in 6 cause the Ducks have shown they can by inconsistent and stymied this season.
But my heart is screaming Wings over Sabres in 5
