Went from HR20 to HR21 and now cant get signal on sat 99 or 103
Tried it and still no luck. I plugged my HR20 back in and it works fine. This is driving me crazy.- foghorn

Went from HR20 to HR21 and now cant get signal on sat 99 or 103
I got a new 3D tv and I had the HR20 receiver and it wont get 3D programming so I called directv and got a replacement. They sent me a HR21-100 and I now get no signal on Sat 99 and 103. I have the BBand on the just like on the HR20 and everything else is the same as before. I did the satellite...- foghorn
